WOW !!!

During my most recent visit, I waited 15 minutes to get a 20 second a question answered because that was still faster than calling. What happened to the days when someone was up front to figure out if you needed to wait for full service or if you just needed a quick answer? The lady who took care of me seemed overwhelmed because there were four groups of people (including me) in the store and her co-worker had just come back from lunch.

This store is terrible!!! I got my phone stolen and went in to see if I could get an upgrade. I was able to get the Next upgrade and I got the Iphone. I later decided within my 14 day to take it back and get the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. I paid the $50 restocking fee and then paid what I was supposed to for the new phone. I put the phone in my pocket and went on about my day. Later when I got home I got to looking at the phone and noticed it was not the S5 Active. I called the store and was very nice and told them that the girl had given me the wrong phone even though I had asked her 3 times if it was the right one. They told me to come back the next day and they would exchange the phone and the girl would have to cover the restocking fee. The next day I loaded up my 1 year old drove 45min to the store only for them to tell me that they girl was saying something different. that I Should've known it was the wrong one and that the only way I could get the phone I wanted in the FIRST place was to pay the fees and then pay for THAT phone. upset at this I called AT&T customer service to see what I could do. Come to find out at any other store the restocking fee is only $35 and they had put extra things on my bill I did not ask for. PLEASE stay away from this store. Take the extra time to go to another store and get better service, the right prices, and somewhere they will take credit for there mistakes!

Allen is the saving grace of this particular branch. He is knowledgeable and friendly. It seems to matter to him that you receive good customer service. If all of the other representatives were like Allen, AT&T would become a monopoly in this business.

I hate AT&T customer service and they don't care because they don't need my patronage, but they don't need to make it so obvious. They have all this space in the branches and can't even put in one or two benches for their customers.

I'll be heading to Columbia as per their request to avoid you all at all costs...
