Glad I made the decision to join the gym. Staff very HELPFUL also a lot of equipment to exercise on. I like that the gym is open 24 hours. Guess what no excuse that you can't come to exercise so come on down & join the crowd & have fun.

Nice equipment. Clean. Friendly staff and great value for the money.
