This is a sorry excuse for a doctor’s office. If I could give half a star I would. This doctor’s office does not care about you at all. You constantly have to call and ask for your refills and they do not keep up with them, I almost always get my refills late and given the runaround every single time. Dr. Pennebaker doesn’t treat you like a patient, or that he remotely cares in your wellbeing. Every doctor visit has felt more like an interrogation and he’s not really listening to what you have to say.
My wife and I were refused health care from this office since I am retired military and the last place I was stationed was Germany. After making 2 office visits and 3 phone calls with NO return calls, I was finally told today that they refuse care!!!!!
Great doctors, nurses and staff!!!!
Not too friendly or helpful for anything, long wait time's. I will go else where for now on.
