Over priced and poor quality. I paid to have 4 dresses dry cleaned (no alterations or anything special) and paid a ridiculous amount. Not only was it over priced but I put one of the dresses on to wear at a wedding and it had a stain and wet spots all over it and it was fresh out of dry cleaning bag. Needless to say, I was not happy with my experience.
Need a better system to keep track of items dropped off.
