Sandra, and her incompetent staff, have really out done themselves this time. they made a clerical error that was going to cost me an EXTRA $1200 in property taxes. then they proceeded to insist that it wasnt their fault. when I got my friend at the dealership to get their headquarters on the phone, it finally got resolved. they stole three hours of my life.
