I would avoid this location.
Just waited 45 minutes for a simple bacon cheeseburger, when it arrived at my table it was burnt. Staff was very apologetic and gave me the excuse that they were understaffed both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
Worst service ever. We waited forever for our food. First and only appetizer comes out and is cold. Then we wait forever for rest of meals to come out. The manager comes out and comps the kids meal and app because it had come out so late. Then we wait even longer for meals. There are 9 of us. Slowly each one gets their food. We are all about finished when we realize one of us never got his meal which was an appetizer! He was snacking on salsa and chips whole time. Bad choice tonight. Won’t be going to any Chili’s for a long long time! .
Veronica was incredibly attentive. Our service and food was excellent. I will be back soon and recommend Camden Chili's to anyone who is looking for a very good local restaurant. Prices are good too. They also have daily specials. Love the ribs.
Absolutely horrible!! I went there on my hour lunch break. It took me 3 minutes to get there. When I got there, it took us over five minutes just to be seated! And when we finally got seated, it took another five minutes to get our drinks. Me and three of my other co workers stayed all the way to the end of our lunch break and we had to get our food in to go plates! Such a waste of time and it wasn't even busy!! Two sets of people came after us and both of them got thier food before we did. So inconsiderate with other people's time.
