This is con artistry at its best you want a company to steal from you monopolize your money and lie to the bitter end well then this is the company for you first they will lie and say the land belongs to someone and a mortgage company owns the homes that's the biggest lie since Clinton said he did not inhale they own both all monies go to the mortgage company secondly they have a commercial water meter and pay on flat rate to the water company and turn right around and charge individual water bills the homes are of shoddy quality the repair man is most likely on the run from the long arm of the law to which the company is ok with because they house them for free the neighbor hood is violent a young man was just brutality attacked in his own yard and hes not even fully recovered and home before the company put an eviction on his door so they can overturn the property they have you sign rent to own contract along with financing paperwork which is a catch 22 those agreements cancel each other out completely this is defiantly a buyer beware scam and watch for illegal post dated contracts worthless property management all the way to the top and shady mortgage agents
