DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Bought a $150 dollar 2 person tube from here. More like one person, two full grown adults could barley be on here together. Also, It didn't pull good off the back of the boat, then when pulling the tube back to the boat to continually kept going under the water, almost popping out tube rope. We CALLED the store asking if we could return it and they YES we could return it. Then, go to take it back and they say, we can NOT give you your money back. So displeased with the customer service. The owner or manager wouldn't speak with us, she was speaking to someone else, getting them to talk to us, instead of her, herself, talking to us.
Really great operation from sales and repairs to boat storage
Worst place ever. I bought a tube from them. It's supposed to be 2 person but 1 can only fit. When the person falls off the tube and you turn around to go pick them up, you have to pull the rope and tube all the way back to the boat just to get them or else the tube will dive under the water and snap your line. I called them and asked if I could return the item and they I called them and asked if I could return the item said yes. I asked again just to make sure because I live 1 hour away and he said yes. We will give you your money back as long as the tube is not damaged. So I drove all the way back to take the tube and the lady told me that they can't take returned tubes since it's been opened. I explained to her what I have been told over the phone and she told me I talked to a new guy and he told me wrong. I would not buy anything from this place.
Rented a pontoon here. A little pricy but the pontoon was very nice. Even had bluetooth. Didn't know you can pay and extra 50.00 and keep it all night. Would've made for a better deal. Food was expensive and not worth the price.
